Bad attitude and unhelpful

Yesterday on 18th Jan 2016 I went to the Ekurhuleni offices in Boksburg to sort out my account as I was paying monthly but my balance was not decreasing. So I was told that there were charges that were added on my account and I was not happy with the charges so i was directed to a gentleman by the name of Godfrey who I believe is the manager there. He did not have the decency of asking the people that he was siting with to leave his office so we can have some privacy, he talked to me in front of those people who I believe to be his juniors. I was disputing some of the charges that were added to my account and he told me that he was going to charge me for disputing the charge, unbelievable!!! And I also wanted to obviously sort out my account and all he gave me was a threat that he was going to send someone out to disconnect my service, and he called the technician into his office while I was there, I might be sleeping in the dark today.<br> <br> The guy had a very bad attitude, i feel that he wanted to show me that he has the power and that he can use it, I mean he did not even listen to what i had to say, never gave me a chance.<br> Really disppointed.
