Bad and non caring service :For months I have now been trying to sort out my account

<p>For montha I have been trying to sort out my account. I have emailed them, Been to the Elsburg branch and to the main branch in Germiston. My payment is not reflecting and last month I recieved a threat of switching of my utilities. I have sent them proof of payment and also a statement from Pick and Pay. These people just dont care to help or sort out my Issues. I am payeng my rates every month please help me.</p>
