Awful service

I logged a fault on Monday and still no technician has showed up to assist. We've had no power since Sunday. The call center agents are also useless, they repeat the same thing everyday and sometimes put you unnecessarily on hold 😡 I got no response from their Twitter page either they respond to other people's tweets except for mine. I even had to throw away food coz it's gone off
