10 stars to Zanele Mashinini from Ekurhuleni Metro in Germiston. As much as my issue is not 100% solved, the effort, the follow through and the empathy shown in helping me, is beyond the standards of customer service of any Metro I have had experience particularly Germiston Metro. My girl you are a star. Hang in there people like us do see you and when the opportunity arises we will be the first ones to sweep you from the nose of the Metro. Keep up the good work
