At least answer the phone

I have received another notice that my electricity supply is getting disconnected.<br> (Strange that so many Tembisa residents have power without ever paying)<br> <br> I tried to call the numbers on the letter and they are disconnected.<br> <br> When searching google, I found other numbers that simply ring and never get answered.<br> <br> What can I do (Short of breaking windows and losing my temper) to get some attention?<br> <br>
