are you kidding me?

<p>Logged a call for people to fix our meter. Nothing yet. when I called the call centre (4 times today) I was told they have no way of knowing if contractors or technicians will come or not. </p> <p> </p> <p>Called one last time now and i was told that the call was attended to the same day it was made? hows that possible? no one came , we haven't had electricity for 2 days !!!!</p>
