Are a waste of oxygen!!!

<p>Germiston Municipality - have dug up all the roads in Germiston, supposedly "upgrading" something - in the meantime all the holes that they have dug up, have been left just like that 'holes' at all the major intersections in Germiston, causing chaos on the roads at peak hour. Trying to get any kind of response from anybody at the Municipality, would be quicker to ask Nelson Mandela to respond!!!</p>
