On the 13th November 2015 I communicated with you thinking you will take the matter seriously , but to my surprise your driver is still continuing threatening us in the bus like ********* and he even told us that we must not use his bus again . It came to our attention that before he do more damage your driver need to be exchanged with immediate effect , the driver is so rude , today he told everyone in the bus that wherever he can see us waiting for the bus he is going to make sure that we don't enter .
