Annoyed customer!!!

Annoyed customer!!! I would like to expressed my dissatisfaction with City of Ekurhuleni - Germiston . I reported a case Friday the 08 October 2021, they sent someone on Saturday the 9th Oct 21 and promised to come back . They never came back I followed up the call on Monday 11 October 2021 they never sent anyone. Yesterday the 12 0ctober 2021 I was advised to log a new call I did . Until now I have been not attended to , I am with out electricity since Friday afternoon.
