How on earth do EMM allow BTA (Benoni Taxi Association) to open a main office on a main road out of Benoni (Mobray Ave) in a residential area??? What do you think it has done to our property values and unnecessary congestion and aggravation because of taxi's invading our residential area - not to mention the noise and pollution on our roads...
