Am disappointed

I am not happy with the service am getting from Ekurhuleni Germiston Account department, I paid my account on the 13th of May, emailed the proof of payment, and whatsapped them still they do not want to update it. Am really disappointed. One more thing my statement has been saying am paying for a Vacant land rates hence I submitted the certificate of Occupancy when I registered with them.
