I logged a call on the 29th of October 2020 for streetlight not working. I received a sms on my phone with reference nr ***. 3 weeks later the light bulb with cover just disappeared leaving a pole with wires. I keep on phoning and every time the staff tells me a different story (they on their way, they will be there in an hours time, they will come tomorrow, your call was not logged, they will come next week, someone will phone you, they busy with your call and so it goes on) but still no fixing done,
