Alberton Municipality- biased disconnections

Alberton Ekurhuleni municipality, they disconnected our electricity because they say we owe R86000.00 on our water bill...which is impossible because we only moved in a year ago and the water meter was only installed last year August.

There are so many other properties in our area who should also be disconnected but they still have power, I would love to know how they decide who to switch off and not...and the head of their credit control is so arrogant and so unhelpful...
