Alberton Ekurhuleni - absolutely appalling lack of service

There are two charges on my Oct account for "Deposit-Journal" totaling R2629,28. I logged a query via the website on the 25th of Oct. I have emailed every possible known support request email address over more than two weeks. I sent through proof of payment of deposit paid when opening the account more than 10 years ago! I have called and followed up more than I can remember over more than two weeks, also to every number I could find. Either there is no answer, or they tell you they will get back to you and never do.
