Accept my money, deduct it from the ACCOUNT!

Having recently moved into a very quiet suburb, I thought everything would go well, especially since Ekuruhuleni is so much better than the City o Joburg. Now we get our first bill at our new home, I pay it directly from my bank with no problem. The money is deducted and all is well.<br> <br> Now they send me a bill where they did not even deduct my original payment. Having phoned in, given other numbers to phone, they still fail to solve my problem.<br> <br> Please who can sort this out?
