Absolute Nightmare to get a hold of the accounts deparment

The accounts deapartment is a nightmare to get a hold off, I have been given all these numbers to call:***, *** ,*** ,*** , ***. absolutely knowone answers, the CoE app does not work, the call centre cant help, this is forcing one to go in, now with Covid who wants to walk around necessarily, how can you have an accounts department with so many numbers and knowone answer the phone, absolutely a nightmare what goes on there, the call centre refuses to help even though you tell them that knowone answer in the accounts department, I have asked Agnes Masilo to assist me and she just ignores my emails, how do you treat customers that pay your salary this way, its beyond revolting behaviour
