A VERY UNHAPPY RESIDENT!!

we haven't had electricity since yesterday morning, due to a failure on you end! we've logged numerous complaints, we've called numbers that are never answered, and till this day! the issue still isn't resolved! food in the fridge is deteriorating, no hot water, and i cannot work as i am working from home!!

i spoke to a very useless lady by the name of Thato, who answered the company phone so unprofessionally! advising me that they've sent out electricians who were suppose to go "sort" out this mess!!! TILL THIS DAY!!! that "problem" isn't sorted!
