Can i take this moment and address this issue again.... As South African citizen i feel i have every right to raise a complaint especially as a women in this country.. I've been a community member for more than 20 years in Dawn park and till this day we still have problem with our street lights in Dawn park hardly enjoyed the festive season as i had to keeep up through the night trying to make sure no one attempts any form of crime because of the low security system we have in my community... Can we please get the street lights fixed because honestly it's no longer with the high rated high jacking we experiencing it was with due respect that u make means and try take the request into consideration since u guys fail us... Please especially Carolina Street Dawn park take note most street lights are out completely
