19 Hours and Still Waiting
Yesterday, due to a fault on our pole, our electricity went off at the pole and phoned Ekurhuleni Call Centre to report. People working there all had attitudes by the way. Besides the point we are still waiting for somebody to switch the electricity back on at the pole. All our meat in our fridge and freezer has defrosted. I get no joy from the Call Centre either, not interested in helping.

14 Sept 2017, 13:14The biggest joke is that everytime I phone the call centre and tell them how many hours its been, they say its not 24 hours yet !!!!!!!!!! They told me the call out was between 4 and 24 hours, looks like they waiting for 24 hours !!!!!!!!!
