Hi there on Thursday 11 July 2019 i reported a case of cable theft in Ross Avenue Sharon extension ( 1 ) at about 18:00 hrs to their customer care center and after a few minutes i received an sms of the acknowledgement of complaint to the City with ref no.*** but still up to today 15/07/2019 no one has attended to our complaint .Please can someone help we even went to the cable theft office in Nigel to report the case in person but still no help.We have been in the dark since Thursday .
