I want my luggages,Emirates lost

Took a flight from OR TAMBO to Dubai,Miami.when I reach Miami, they told me my luggage is stuck in Dubai since 18th April.i have tried to call ,write on their time line,they haven't responded.i have my medication in my luggages and clothes that wil last me 6 months in the USA.the number they put on their website is for agencies.i have no clothes except those I was wearing when I traveling.emirates promised to contact me bt no communication.
