VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!! BAD SERVICE! emeraldlife

They are horrible services from the claims department going through to complaints.i expected complaints to help me but they never did and they don't want to pay my mothers Claim. They keep saying there's outstanding documents which have already been sent.the funny part is that my mother had two claims for the same person one was paid out the other is the one that we are currently having a problem with,no one wants to take ownership and assist us, i have been transferred to one person to other yet the is no one who want to assist me.now i have decided to let go it is a God's hands. They are so unprofessional and they don't call you to inform you about the progress.my mother still has not received any payment. It's been a month now since my mother lodged a claim.
