REFUND OF PREMIUMS

I wrote a complaint last year Dec about my policy CA***0. They didn't deduct the premium for 3 months from my persal after that I had to pay over the counter at Ackerman's store (R450.00). instead of them reviving the policy or refunding my premiums they only send a refund of R450.00 I don't know what happened to the rest of my money that I paid for+- 5years. I won't stop sending them emails until they paid all my premiums.
