Emerald life is a Scarm

I'm so disappointed on Emerald life💔 my mother joined emerald life, they did wanna pay her say coming up with stories, say my mother is not related with my cousin my mother even bought y documents stating that he buried my cousin even my Aunt did an affidavit telling them my mother was the one how was staying with my cousin when he was a baby, non of those documents mattered because even said them the documents from the funeral palour.....I don't know where can we open a case for this ***** my mother is left with depts for the funeral because she was waiting for the claim.
