Worst service I've ever experienced from a retailer
I purchased a track set online on the 18th of June till date I haven't received it yet.After 10 full days of no correspondence, I called the store on Monday the 29th and was told it will be delivered by end of business Wednesday. Sent an email Thursday which has no response till date and called again on Friday, spoke to a Koketso and she said by end of business Friday. Till date, I haven't received my order yet. So pila pila stupid mo ke mang? The nail in the coffin is the fact that I ordered on Shien and Galxboy on the 26th of June. Received my GxB order literally the following day and my Shien order on the 3rd of July, I'm starting to think Embedded might be in a different planet because what the **** is this? Their customer service? Non existent if you ask me!

POOR SERVICE
I ordered on the 13th Sept 2015 till today the 29th haven't got my order, they don't respond my messages anymore, i even called and theg said they will get back to me in 10 minutes but never called back, when i call again they don't pick up my calls, they gave me RAM tracking but when i track it says collection cancelled, i called RAM to find out what is happening and they explained that they went 3 times to the store and Embedded told them my order is not ready yet while they telling me my order has been dispatched. I don't need those i ordered anymore, i just need them to refund me because i ordered those for an event that is already passed.
