worst hotel experience ever!

Pathetic! Stayed there this weekend for one night with the kids and was appalled by the condition of the room. the aircon in the room was not working and the other room we were offered the bathroom had a foul smell. there were used ******s under the bed and dust mites that shows the room was not cleaned for a longperiod of time. knowing we had kids in the room and the used ******s were appalling! left a message at the reception for management to contact us but still no contact to date!
