No refund after 2 months

Fellow customers I had a bad experience when I booked accomodation for a vacation 2 months ago at Emakhosini hotel on east in Durban South Africa. After a month my bookings were cancelled due to mixup of reference number. I already made payment so I can book my space. I have been trying to get back my refund with no luck. Psl don't book that hotel Emakhosini hotel on east in Durban because you will regret it. I thank my fellow customers.
