Dissapointed and annoyed

I am extremely dissapointed of the treatment i have received .

I booked the place for a babyshower however the person we planned the baby shower for gave birth prematurely so there is no need for the baby shower ,I had paid an amount of R1500 to the hotel and I have requested for a refund however the guy assisting me has since ignored my request

I need the funds back as i need to send it back to the partner of the lady that gave birth.
