Chicos Lounge Very Disappointing

We went to Chicos Lounge for bunnies today at 2.16pm served by Shado ,I have always enjoyed the bunnies at Chicos so far as saying i rate them the best in town and recommend to all my friends but today was something completely different ,we placed our orders and asked for extra gravy and no bones as usual ,the normal waiter was not there that we are accustomed to ,we where told that we need to pay for gravy ,our bunnies arrived after about 20 minutes later with gravy as thick as custard , we were then told theirs no extra gravy its finished ,i found three pieces of meat and one big bone with no meat on it ,we complained to the waitress to call the manager which she never did ,unfortunately we will not be back again i am sure there was a different cook in the kitchen as the bunnie tasted completely different .
