Poor estate management

I am extremely disappointed with the estate management at Ellipse Waterfall. Despite making full payment of my rental, including the annual rental increase, it took them an entire week to reinstate my access to the premises. Even worse, they had the audacity to claim that whether I paid in full or not was irrelevant to them! This lack of accountability and complete disregard for tenants’ concerns is unacceptable. Clearly, they don’t care about their tenants, and their approach to management feels dismissive and unprofessional. I would not recommend Ellipse Waterfall to anyone seeking reliable, tenant-centered property management.
