VERY BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE!
Taken money from my account as a DebiCheck on the 29th July 2020 I have not signed anything with them and now I am battling for my money to be returned to me or to even get hold of these people!! I have not made use of their services at all and I have been with a reputable medical aid company for many years!! And which company takes a once debit order seriously!!!

Just received a call from your customer services with such a bad line they dropped the phone in my ear I was holding for more than 10 minutes and have proof of everything...
