UNITY Health Elixi is all about empty promises. No payment and BAD SERVICE

Never in my life have I came a cross a business that makes so much empty promises. NO RESULTS and then they are surprise that providers does not want to acknowledge them as a medical insurance. They send their members to doctors that they claim is dispensing medication and are on the list for Radiology. If none of these service is delivered to the member they claim that the member did not go to the correct people and that according to them these doctors do deliver this service. 1. Dr Schoeman does not practice anymore in his place is Dr Olode not a dispensing doctor. When member tells them this they send the to a non dispensing different doctor the do not do their investigation, but tell the member that this doctor according to their files does dispense. I had to nearly 10 or more time tell the 2 people Setsie and Sumesh that this doctors does not dispense. Both still does not believe me. This then boils down that the member needs to pay for their medication which is suppose to be part of the service and then it takes them over 3 months to still not pay the member back their claims. I have spoken to Setsie Gaffane promises promises from the word go with no result. Claims supervisor Sumesha Pillay. Promises no results. For emergencies you are according to their network go to Glynwood . Life Hospital. Glynwood does not want to except their insurance because of non payment. Unity health had to send through a promise to pay to Glynwood before they agreed to see one of their members. This to me says a lot. I would just want to say to Unity Health and their crew. For you to be a service provider Medical insurance to need to pay your service providers and do proper investigations of why service providers does not want to do business with you. If you treat your members with such bad service. Pushing them from pillar to post. One empty promise after the next. How do your expect service providers to take you serious if you do not pay them ??????? I now need to know if you are going to make my payment and reimburse me on all the telephone calls I had to make to your offices. All the inconvenience you have causes. I do not know if you are aware but phone calls to your offices for 3 nearly 4 months does also cost money. LOTS OF MONEY. I need this matter resolved . This is unacceptable.
