Top up payment: excellent service.

I recently had an expensive procedure. in hospital. Although my Medical Aid paid most of the bills, "My Portion" to pay was still a huge amount of money. Fortunately, I have an Elixi 'top up' policy, and on contacting them, I was sent a claim form - (that was simple enough for me to understand!) After completing and submitting the form, I was soon contacted, and assured that I was indeed entitled to a payout, which was the amount I had to pay in as the shortfall of the Medical Aid payments. Within the month, the full payment was made direcly into my bank account.
