This business is a ****, I joined 2 1/2 years ago, I'm that time they have only paid for 1 GP visit, when you go through the correct line to get a Auth via the online GP your claims get cancelled and you end up paying cash out of pocket. I called ahead of time to verify which in network dentist I could visit and asked for an Auth and was told I do not need an Auth for the dentist, so off I went to the dentist only to find out months after the visit that the claim was denied, so once again I had to pay over R1000 so that I wasn't sent to collections FOR A CLAIM I THOUGHT WAS PAID! Yesterday I went through the online GP portal to get a referral to see an in person GP only to be told by customer service they won't give me an Auth, when I told them I want to cancel my membership because I don't see the point of spending thousands of rands to a company that doesn't assist in the way they promise I was transferred to a gentleman who argued with me, trying to tell me benefits of the product etc, I made me feel like they don't care about complaint and want you to just pay money every month only to not receive services promised, it made me feel like they were trying to hold me hostage. I will never refer this company to anyone and I will warn people about Elixi. Nothing more then a ****
