Elixi is a ****. Do not waste your hard earned money on anything they say. It is all LIES. 1. Still waiting for my membership card. Why I thought I would have received it after almost 4 months, I don't know. 2. The info they give you on the phone, is so far from what is written in the contract. They want you to agree to the membership, start paying, and only 2 months later, they send you the contract, with information in that was not mentioned in the phone call. 3. I was told that there is a 2 month waiting period on all benefits, except hospitalization and trauma. That is not true. 4. If you have a chronic illness, you must wait 12 MONTHS before you can use the benefit. So what must you use in the meantime? 5. I have been in an email war with them, because I am a Type 1 diabetic that is depended on 5 injections a day, and they want me to wait 12 months before I can use the benefit. I asked them to review the recordings so they can hear that I was never told about this. All they can do is some person that keeps on forwarding me the recording. 6. Elixi is a ripp off. If you want to waste your money, then go for it.
