They overall good and I am happy but if they change a positive thing to a lower level then I srart wondering. 1. I'm Gold and had the option to use any Dr. to test my eyes...now they change it to only 2 Dr's. of their choice. 2. The acute medicine:nirmally they paif all of it..one item prize was increased and the difference must I pay in. Why not pay the higher amount also? The fees go up 1 Dec and I have no choice to pay, why can't they pay increase of medicine also without no choice?
