You get what you pay for.

They give you 6 months to claim. I claimed after 4 months & sent a follow-up mail when they had not contacted me. They then rejected my claims as being too late. I sent a copy of my original mail and follow-up and insisted that they were tardy.

They then asked for information I had already provided, so I re-submitted. They then settled quickly. Thank you.
