Service is good but sometimes when send call me back no one calls

Dear Skhumbuzo,

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear you’re happy with our service overall. We sincerely apologize for the occasions when you requested a callback and did not receive one. We understand how frustrating this can be and are working to improve our follow-up process.♥

Regards,
Elixi Team.
