Selling False Insurance

I joined this medical insure 31 March and had to wait 3 months before I could use it and finally July 05 was accepted and welcomed. I ensured 2 adults and 1 child while my wife was pregnant I told them we expecting a child then they said to she will be automatically covered when she's born, all I need to do is to is give them my daughters ID number so they can add her. Yes we delivered a healthy baby then I called them immediately but couldn't assist me because she didn't have an ID that I managed to get in a weeks time. I called again then was told the baby must wait another month and I told them they sold me the product under false pretence so they promised to get the voice records from the technical department and will respond within 48 hours, it's a been over 6 weeks now I even called them yesterday they said they will escalate the issue an respond asap but it's killing me the voice recording is not coming while I pay cash to see Dr's and medication. The premium has increased from R1003.00 to R1172.00 not sure why?
