AlexiHealth has been the worst medical experience I have had in years. I signed up, they took my money within seven days, and when I needed help for a real medical issue, they told me I do not qualify for emergency care because my situation is not life threatening. Imagine paying for a medical service that refuses to help you when you are in pain.

On top of that, the process is a maze of useless rules. If you want to see a specialist, you cannot go directly. You must first see a doctor who then decides if you deserve specialist care. It feels like they are doing everything possible to avoid providing the very service they advertise.

Their customer support is cold, unhelpful, and dismissive. They hide behind policy instead of solving real problems. At this point, I regret signing up and I would not recommend them to anyone who values clear communication, honesty, or actual access to healthcare.

AlexiHealth takes your money fast but gives you support slow. I am deeply disappointed.
