Rejection of a valid claim

I was admitted in Unitas Hospital casualty due to Corvid 19 on the 29 June 2020 midnight and discharged in the morning. On the 02 July 2020 I became worse, could not breath, I was taken to Unitas again by ER24 at 02:00 a.m., I was admitted again in casualty put on a drip and discharged in the morning after recovering.

Elixi only paid the claim for the 29 June 2020 only and Rejected the claim for the 02 July 2020, when I enquired they told me that they do not cover follow-ups. I am still owing the Hospital today. Other than this mis-understanding Elixi is good and affordable medical insurance and they are very quick to pay the claims.
