Recently I followed the instructions on the claim form and submitted with supporting information as required. I received an acknowledgment my claim was received about 24 hours later after submitting. I was informed my claim would be attended to and given a reference number. I also understood my claim would be resolved in about 10 - 14 days. Well, within 7 days my claim had been settled in full and funds received !!! This is the 3rd time I've lodged a claim and on each occasion I have been very pleasantly surprised at the professional service. I am a very impressed and satisfied client. About 2 days ago I received a follow up call to enquire about my recent successful surgery and also if I was satisfied with my communication with Elixi. To this I responded very positively. Keep up the excellent work and professionalism!!!!
