**** PROMISES, THEY NEVER DELIVER.

The agents of the company are not fully honest, whenever you speak to them you don't get full information and they lie so that they can get sales... I requested for a policy with them and they promised me the heaven and the earth, after 2 months things changed and i still stayed only if i knew worse was still about to come, when i could have left the minute they declined to pay for my medical blood tests and told me the doctor is not their network doctor when the doctor i got was from their website under ''find your doctor'' . Do not waste your time with Elixi they just want your money and never deliver their promises. Cancelling the policy is another hassle and nightmare again, receiving your benefits is another hassle again. Elixi is a Scaaaaaaaaaaaam. The agents are rude, you stay in the line and hold for a long time,Yeses. Horrible experience with this people. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH ELIXI HEALTH. They also just declined to pay for my GP consultation with their network doctor. This people are nonsense. only if i knew better.
