POOR service receved from ElixiHealth

The most pathetic service I have ever experienced. They say they paid the supplier (Dr) and they never did. Be careful to ever take out this Insurance. It's a waste of your money!!!!!

ELIX019803 I saw 1 doctor this year and settled an amount - spend hours on the phone where ElixiHealth or Talksure or whoever assured me the doctor was paid... I got another account from them again... PLEASE could you solve this matter. WHy did I spend this money if the accounts are not going to be paid

I would be SO GRATEFUL to have this solved. In the meantime I cancelled my Insurance because of the bad service I received !!!!
