Pathetic service
Wish i could not even give a star! I realize that your business requires Authorization to be given upon GP visit. However, how embarrassing having to stand in a crowded waiting room explaining the symptoms of my son and i for Authorization! What if i had needed a GP for a more personal matter?! Why would i be by a doctor if i knew what was wrong with me. In the incidence it was flu and gum boil for my son, not your agent asking me where gumboil was situated. Very stressful in an already stressful situation. I have requested cancellation with immediate effect. Absolutely terrible service!

06 Aug 2024, 22:22I should hope so because the agent that dealt with me, although he offered to call me back, leaves alot to be desired. Advised me how I am free to cancel the policy through Cubix and then said you have telephonic doctors that can advise. Really now, would we be going to a doctor for fun and giggles wasting 2 hours of my time? ! First time i have used the policy and would definitely be the last. In a world where competition is strife, that's the best your agent could do to de fuse the situation. Also, one would expect just alittle bit of empathy and not the cold manner in which he communicates.
