ELIXI MEDICAL INSURANCE IS PATHETIC!!!

DO NOT TAKE OUT ANY COVER WITH THIS COMPANY,I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR OVER A WEEK TO FIND OUT WHY MY POLICY IS SUSPENDED. THEY PROMISED TO GET TO ME AND I'M STILL WAITING.

THEY MAKE **** PROMISES, MY ACCOUNT IS UP TO DATE YET I DON'T GET THE SERVICE I PAID FOR, WHEN YOU CALL THEIR CALL CENTRE, YOU GET A VOICE MESSAGE THAT THE NUMBER YOU HAVE DIALLED IS INCORRECT.
