Not happy

Worst decision ever. After my son was taken to casualty last year and telephonically being told that whatever treatments, bloods and scans are done through the trauma unit will be covered and now I'm sitting with radiology bills. What they promise to get you to sign up is not what you get. Agents promise more than what they actually offer and don't explain the fine print of clauses attached . Totally dissatisfied.
