My experience with Elixi was straight and easy .I requested the claim forms .was told to sent statement from my medical aid and also the invoices from doctors and hospital and this I all did and emailed it to Elixi.received confirmation that the process is happened and then within 14days I received the money into my banking account. NEVER needed to follow up. It was a real pleasure and am very happy with my choice of gap cover. Keep up this good work .Myself on my side I will boost about your service. Thank you
