MISUSE AND LIE TO PPL

****** ******, I am warning everyone who might be interested in joining them be very careful, I got a call from different consultants and when they speak you can hardly hear they are very fast, I wanted information as I thought they offer hospital plan any after the first call I was told I would get documents and sms to approve Debi check, I waited for 3 to 4 days no documents, I then got another call from a different who explained that they don't cover hospital plan I then told her I am no longer interested then and I would assumed it would be canceled, 30th April deduction of R832 went off on my account only then I got the documents which meant utter *******,I requested yo be called wanting a refund I was told after they had investigated they didn't find call recording where I had canceled and they refused to refund me back.
