Medical Card - Still Waiting

I am really not happy with service. They were very quick to phone me and sign me up. I have not received my medical card after 2 months and I have sent 4 emails and not one reply. I am starting to wonder if I did the right thing by signing up with them if this is how the service starts.

Our customer support team has contacted you and advised on how the membership card process works. You will only receive your physical membership card in the post up to 45 days after your first premium is collected. You may also use the Certificate of Membership that can confirm membership until your physical membership card arrives. 
 
We extend an apology for any inconveniences that may have been caused and are always glad to assist you with any further queries that you may have. 
 
All members are welcome to contact our customer care team for clarification regarding the benefits or terms and conditions on *** Monday to Friday between 08h00 to 17h00.
